  • Private air-conditioned transportation

  • Hotel pickup and drop-off

4. Do you offer hotel or airport pickup?

​

Yes! We provide convenient pickup and drop-off from hotels, Cairo International Airport, and other agreed locations within Cairo and Giza.

We also offer the following airport services:

  • Private Airport Transfer: €50 per vehicle (up to 8 passengers) for transfers to or from Cairo International Airport.

  • Meet & Assist Service: €70, including a personal welcome at the airport, assistance with arrival procedures, luggage assistance, and private transfer to your hotel or destination.

If you're arriving on a cruise ship, we also offer shore excursions from the port. Simply send us your arrival details, and we'll take care of the rest.

  • Sunscreen

  • A light jacket during winter evenings

When visiting mosques or churches, modest clothing that covers shoulders and knees is recommended.

14. What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that travel plans can sometimes change. That's why we offer a 100% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before your scheduled tour date.

If you need to cancel or make changes to your booking, simply contact us as soon as possible, and we'll be happy to assist you. Our goal is to make your booking experience as flexible and worry-free as possible.
